Authors are cordially invited to submit a full copy of their papers not exceeding 6 singles spaced pages on A4 size paper, including references, figures titles, authors, name and affiliation and a short abstract in soft copy as per the IEEE format to nccb 2009@gmail.com. At least one of the authors should register for the conference for presenting the paper. The papers, with registration will only be considered for presentation and for the proceedings. The Registration Fee in form of DD should be in favour of ITER, Bhubaneswar payble at Bhubaneswar.
